PT Elnusa Tbk, a national pride world class company for total solution in Upstream Oil and Gas Services (www.elnusa.co.id). We are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

SECTION HEAD OF TAX DEPARTMENT

Job Description:

1. To prepare, compile, and review all taxes report & tax planning, include Corporate Income taxes
2. Handle all taxes problem, and become tax advisor. Also solve disputes with third parties for withholding taxes
3. Responsible for meeting all required deadlines. Ensure timely and accurate filling of tax returns, include all withholding taxes (art. 22,23,26, and art 4(2))
4. Maintains current knowledge of all taxes and customs laws & regulations affecting the company, including with holding taxes (art. 22,23,26 and art 4(2))
5. Manage the development, implementation, and/or maintenance of one or more accounting systems: journal entries, general ledgers, I accordance with GAAP policies, and procedures.
6. Recommends ways to minimize corporate taxes through use of tax law and regulations. May administer International tax laws and regulations.
7. Participates in annual audites and special projects. May work with external consultants or auditors to provide required information, and ensure proper recordkeeping for historical purposes.

Job Requirements:
1. Candidates must posses at least a Bachelors Degree (Banking, Tax). Master Degree is preferable.
2. Prefarably graduates from STAN (Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara)
3. Male/Female, 30-45 years old
4. At least 5 years(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Prefarably Manager/Assistant Managers Specializing in Taxation.
